I must share the news!

Today I got home and the first thing Costello did upon my arrival (well after his usual going out to sniff a little in the hallway) was to lead me to the bathroom.  I was happy to note there were still no pools on the floor.  I thought maybe he was a little unsure of this new hole in the middle of his toilet tray, so I said encouraging words as he hopped up there.  Sure enough, he hesitatingly at first, but then with gusto, peed almost exclusively right into the hole in the middle!!  Yay!  Also I noticed that for the first time 1 of his paws was actually on the toilet seat rather than inside the tray... a step in the right direction.  Woot!
